The style of yoga I teach builds flexibility, physical strength, mental focus, balance, core stabilization and breath control. More importantly, it taps into the inner power of each student. The yoga mat offers a unique opportunity to move from distraction into direction. Yoga has given me the opportunity to physically and spiritually transform through mindful effort and steady practice. By blending, breath, flow, heat, bandhas (locks), and drishti (gaze), you move inwards cultivating an awareness of mind, body, heart, and intuitive power. By practicing yoga we move with in and connect to the heart & body. We experience the truth of who we are and what we are capable of. When we let go of the negative, self-defeating thoughts and create positive intension, anything is possible.
