Mudras will show you the power you hold in your hands and help to seal in the energy you create during your meditations. Mantras help to calm and protect the mind during mediation, and your choice of mantra can bring specific aspects or situations into your life. The benefits of meditation are manifold and life changing, even for a few minutes a day.
