Grief can have a profound impact our well being; physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Since at one time or another we all lose people or things we are attached to, whether it be through death, divorce, injury, illness, and countless other examples, it is said grief is the most common emotion in the human heart, next to love. Yoga, which treats the whole person - body, mind and spirit - through asana, pranayama and meditation, is perfectly suited to help ease the symptoms of grief in a holistic way and mindful way. “Yoga for a Healing Heart” offers a series of transformative yogic practices that offer opportunities to transform pain and suffering into strength and growth; where grief becomes a catalyst toward expanding and redefining the self.
